Title IX, VAWA & Clery Act Annual Training
The Violence Against Women Act (“VAWA”), enacted in 2013, amended the Clery Act to require that institutional disciplinary hearings involving issues of sexual misconduct must be conducted by officials who receive annual training. Our webinar, presented by Christopher DeLuca, Esq., addresses Title IX, VAWA and the Clery Act, and includes training on issues related to sexual misconduct and how to conduct an investigation process that protects the safety of victims and promotes accountability. Attendees will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the webinar.
