To remain eligible to offer Title IV Aid, institutions must remain administratively responsible and financially capable. In the spirit of partnership with all the Private Career Colleges and Schools in the USA, we have agreed that there is a need for a basic and advanced financial aid training for private career school personnel. Many school owners may not fully realize the impact of Title IV Aid administration on the value of their schools. We offer this training, education, and a place to interchange ideas at locations throughout the United States.

Yolanda will present an overview of the complex infrastructure of the borrower defense regulations that go into effect July 1, 2023. She will discuss the new triggers for claims, the process ED will use to adjudicate claims and to seek recovery against institutions for discharged loans, and specific measures schools should take to prevent BD liability.

We offer training, education, and a platform for exchanging ideas at locations throughout the United States.
Typically, we include a certificate with our conferences that most people take and add to their records. This year, attending our meetings online will still allow you to obtain your Certificate of Completion for your records.
