Module B – Multi-Generational Teaching (Teaching Methods)

 

Classrooms are full of multi-generational learners, challenging educators to customize their delivery methods for everyone from Baby Boomers to The Zolom’s Children. This program will give facilitators concrete takeaways for leading a class filled with any age group and discovering which methods work to unify the students.  Whether you’ve been teaching for 50 years or have just started your career, this course will allow you to dive in and explore teaching in a way you never have before.  

 

Module C –  Binge Teaching Technology in the Classroom (Teaching Methods)

You’re a pro at binge-watching a Netflix series and can sit through a marathon of your favorite TV show, but how good are you at teaching to a generation who can play Pokémon Go, tweet their every step and Snapchat what they had for breakfast? This 12-hour class will give you the armor for engaging the selfie and hashtag generation. Discover ways to flip your classroom into a learning-based environment and start embracing the technologies your students are craving. You’ll learn how emotional intelligence can shape your lesson plans and bring excitement back into the classroom. 

 

Module D – CND Skill Building with RETENTION+® Liquid & Powder

(Hands-on Event)

Ingrid has been a nail professional for over twenty-two years. Her work has been seen at red carpet events including the Grammys and the Academy Awards. Ingrid has been a CND Education Ambassador for six years. During this time she has won multiple awards including “Education Ambassador of the Month” three times and was recognized by CND for her social media following. She has had the opportunity to work alongside the best in the nail business. Photographs of her work have appeared in national trade magazines as well as CND classes around the country.
