As you know this year’s coming school changes for ALL our schools is probably the biggest changes in the last 30 years!  I am expecting a good crowd for this SPECIAL meeting.

Dallas, Here We Come! Financial Aid Sessions start on Sunday afternoon 1:00 PM, Monday morning 8:30 AM sharp! 

This year we will have a Special meeting that you as vendor will be featured prominently, you and your company also will be featured in the online video that numbers of schools and their whole staffs will be exposed thru our online learning center. This is not just a one-time exposure to people, but a yearlong exposure! We have over 7200 on our email lists of schools and financial aid professions all over the USA.

• In-person exposure to all school and financial aid professionals at a live meeting!
• You and your company will be featured in emails to our 7200 plus email list before and after the meetings. (White papers and promotions accepted, we email on average once a week)
• The in-person meeting will be videotaped while you are at the meeting and during presentations you and your company will be in the video for later online viewing.

All this for one special price: $1,200 if ordered before January 1st, $1,500 after.

It only costs only $300.00 per person so it is reasonable for all schools.

#2. Sponsor the Lunch on Monday is $1000 plus your exhibit fee and/or attendee fee.
#3. Sponsor any one of the breaks is $500 per break plus your exhibit fee and/or attendee fee.
#4. Sponsor any special event is $1000 per event per conference plus your exhibit fee and/or attendee fee.
#5. Attendee fee is only $300 per person for schools.
#7. Exhibit fee is only $1,500 and you will be included in the program.

Notes for all exhibitors: Set up is generally in Sunday afternoon after 1:00 pm at most conferences and teardown is after the meeting on Monday for most vendors and events.
